DELIVERY & RETURNS

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.

All products have FREE UK Delivery, we use Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 days) and Special delivery (next day before 1pm).

All personalised products will have a timescale stated within the product information. Please add 1-3 days in the lead up to Christmas. Please get in touch if you have any queries.

Subject to payment and stock availability, orders will be dispatched within 36 hours from our confirmation that your order has been accepted you or at such other timescale as we indicate on the Website. Orders placed on a Friday after midday will be dispatched on the following Monday.  While we try to deliver the products within the timeframes indicated on the Website and these terms and conditions, timescales or dates indicated for delivery of products are for guidance only and time for delivery will not be of the essence in this Agreement. If no timescales or dates are so indicated, delivery will be made by us within a reasonable time.

UK delivery – will be sent using Royal mail special delivery service and will need to be signed for.

Delivery to the EU – Will be sent through Royal Mail and will take 4-6 days.

Delivery to the Europe non EU – Will be sent through Royal Mail and will take 6-10 days.

Delivery to the USA – Will be sent through Royal Mail and will take 7-10 days.

Delivery to Rest of the World – Will be sent through Royal Mail and will take 7-10 days.

Orders over £40 will be sent tracked and signed.

These are not however guaranteed, and can take longer at busier times like Christmas. Saying that they can also arrive slightly quicker ;)

RIGHT TO CANCEL

We pride ourselves on our customer service and hope that you are happy with your purchase. However should you wish to return your order you can do so within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund (excluding original postage). If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you send your parcel back and ask that you phone or email us info@swagandtassel.com before posting so that we can expect it. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging to:

You cannot cancel when either you have a product that has been custom made for you or any sale item.

We will refund to the payment card the price paid for the Goods returned to us on receipt of the returned items. Any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancelation.

 

CANCELLATION BY US

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered;
  • we do not deliver to your area; or
  • one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers or otherwise appearing on the Website.
  • your Login is, or we have reason to believe that it is, being or has been used dishonestly, unlawfully or in an otherwise inappropriate manner or in breach of these terms of conditions.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to the card or Paypal account with which you paid for your products any sum deducted by us from that card or account as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of cancellation. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

 

IMPORT DUTY

When you order goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of goods refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
